Roscoe was found living on the streets outside of downtown LA and is one of the sweetest boys we’ve ever met. He loves playing with the large pups he’s being fostered with but more than anything, LOVES people.. especially kids. He would do so great in a home where he can cuddle and get lots of attention. He’s a little scared of shadows and LOVES tennis balls!
